 1 handful chia seeds (or sunflower seeds)
 1 large apple like a Granny Smith, cored and chopped
 1 handful unsweetened coconut (desiccated or flakes)
 1 handful almonds
 6 dried Medjool dates, pitted and coarsely chopped
 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
 For serving: Add yogurt and Magic Sprinkles

Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment.

Pulse into granola-sized pieces, 4 to 6 (1-second) pulses.
