Craving Chocolate 24/7?? This is your answer!

Yields1 Serving
Prep Time1 min

I have a sweet tooth. I love chocolate. I often crave it after food. After I put my kids to bed. When I make a cup of tea. Before I get my period. Then the rest of the month after I get it. I eat it. Then I feel crap afterwards.

Then I discovered this I made it one day when there was nothing in my house even vaguely chocolate worthy and I've never looked back. . It's AMAZING. It's so simple to make and IT WORKS!!

It is delicious and it your sugar craving is satisfied and you feel nourished and satisfied. I promise. Just try it once and then keep it up your sleeve for the next time you crave a tim tam or some other chocolate that is filled with chemicals and other crap-o-rama that we can't even pronounce.

Ingredients

1 large table spoon of organic unrefined coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon of organic raw cacao powder (not cocoa power - that stuff is nasty!!)
1/2 teaspoon or organic vanilla bean extract (not vanilla essence - don't get me started on how toxic that stuff is!!)
1 teaspoon or organic raw honey, manuka honey or 2 tbs maple syrup.

Directions

1

If your coconut oil is hard you will need to melt it. If it is soft then just spoon it into a little bowl and mix in order listed above.

2

If you want to make hard chocolate put it in the fridge or freezer but I ilke mine runny like melted chocolate and I eat it straight out of the bowl.

3

This will make about 2 mouthfuls and that is all you need. Seriously - out of this world. Plus every single ingredient is nourishing for your body - you don't feel sick afterwards and you don't feel like eating anything else.

4

I can't wait for you to try this and let me know how you go! Happy Raw Chocolate Eating! See you later sugar cravings!!  Alisa xx
