 1/2 grated carrot,
 1 tablespoon sulphite free sultanas/raisins,
 1/4 tsp cinnamon,
 pinch nutmeg
Creamy Banana
 1 tsp tahini
 2 chopped dates
 1/2 banana
Raspberry and Vanilla
 1/2 Cup fresh raspberries
 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
 handful chopped roasted almonds
Baby pumpkin Porridge
 2 tbs smashed puree pumpkin
 1/4 tsp cinnamon
 1/2 banana
Peanut Butter Porridge
 1 tsp organic peanut butter
 1/2 mashed banana
Ginger Bread Porridge
 2 tsp organic mossasis
 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger or dried ginger powder
 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract
Creamy Vanilla Porridge
 3 tbs organic yoghurt
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 sliced banana
 Drizzle of honey
Toasty Coconut
 Toasted coconut flakes
 2 tsp organic desiccated coconut
 1/2 tsp melted coconut oil
 1/2 tsp coconut sugar
Chocolate porridge
 1 tsp organic raw cacao powder
 1 tsp organic coconut sugar
