We’ve been using sleepy head balm for about two weeks. We purchased it because our three and five year old were having difficulty sleeping through the night. We apply to their wrists, temples and feet. They are sleeping (staying asleep) much better now! Our three year old asks for the sleepy head balm at bedtime, she loves the scent. I bought this for my 9yo daughter and absolutely love it. I also apply the Sleepy Head Balm to my temples and wrists every night too. The scent is relaxing and helps you drift off into a nice restful sleep.

I have been using this on myself and 3 kids under age 5 for 3 nights in a row. I honestly think it’s making a difference in the quality of sleep for us! Sleep has been tough for me and the kids. My youngest is going back to sleep faster when he wakes. Excited to keep using this and see how it helps us.

Sleepy head balm was sued on our 1yr old granddaughter and seem to have inceresed the time that she sleeps during the day when we are babysitting her. I used it on myself and found that I am relaxing more and have improved slighty in my sleep pattern too so much that my husband is now trying it.

Absolutely love all these products and other products, had the bigger jar of chesty balm and sleepy head so it’s good to have a travel size. My only suggestion for a bigger sizing of happy nappy as I won’t use other nappy creams now so really need a bigger size
